New Duns Players Productions for Autumn 2025

 This week I designed an advertorial for Duns Players. It promotes the 3 events they are putting on in the autumn at the Volunteer Hall in Duns. I had a limited time to create something, but managed to get it done in time. I used AI to create the image with the magnifying glass. The advert is going into the Duns Community Newsletter. Update: 24/08/25 I have just found out that the Murder Mystery show has been cancelled, but the advert has gone to press, so it will still appear in the Duns newsletter. Information Sign at Grantshouse

 Last year I designed an information sign for Grantshouse Community Council. The sign points out some features in the area, like the electric charging point, the cafe and public toilets. This was a good project to work on.

New Logo Design for Swinton Exterior Cleaning

 I recently designed a logo and business cards for Swinton Exterior Cleaning, based in the village of Swinton, Berwickshire. This company does all kinds of exterior cleaning. The client was happy with the final design.

New signs for Whitsome Enhancement Group

 Last year I designed some signage for Whitsome Enhancement Group. Now the signs have been put in position at Whitsome Loaning and are looking good.

New Icon designs for Patterson Stove Installations

 I recently designed some icons for Patterson Stove Installations who are based in Duns. The icons were done to represent their company services that they offer. These services included camera inspections, drone inspections, chimney sweeping, installations and services & maintenance. This was an interesting project to work on and my client was pleased with how they turned out. It is always good to have a variety of visual elements within your marketing materials.

Roller Banner for Keeping Duns Blooming Marvellous

 I recently designed a roller banner for Keeping Duns Blooming Marvellous. KDBM are a group of volunteers who maintain the flowerbeds in the town. I did some nice illustrations of the gardeners. They were very happy with the end result.

New signage for the Loaning at Whitsome

I recently designed some signage for Whitsome Enhancement Group to be positioned at the Loaning in Whitsome village, Berwickshire. WEG are a new client to me and they were very pleased with my designs. I designed a map board and 3 other interpretation panels to go with it. There are 2 other additional signs to do. 

Poster for Duns Flowerbed Trail

 This week I designed a poster to promote Duns Flowerbed Trail. The trail will have a series of signs at each flowerbed, which is maintained by the volunteer group called Keeping Duns Blooming Marvellous. The trail signage is expected to be in position by early September.

Flyer design for production of Colonel Anne at the Fringe 2023

 I recently designed this flyer for the production of Colonel Anne, which is on at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh this August from 11th/12th and 14th to 19th. This drama is being put on by Duns Players. This was a great project to work on and my client was happy with the end result.

New Banner Design

 I recently designed this banner for the Community Led Planning group in Duns. They are having an open discussion about what people of Duns need for outdoor activities. The client was very pleased with the design.

New Car Wrap

 A few weeks ago I designed vehicle graphics for Healthy Homes and Beyond IAQ I designed 3 options for my client and they chose the first option. Then my client had their car wrapped by InVision Sign and Print. I think the overall finished wrap is great. Bearing in mind that it is a black car, they did a fantastic job of wrapping the whole vehicle.

 Last week, I designed this poster for the online part of Duns Play Fest. This event is still available to view online until June 11th.

New Flyer Design for Access Builders & Property Maintenance

 A couple of weeks ago, I designed this flyer for Access Builders & Property Maintenance. If you are thinking of selling your home Access Builders & Property Maintenance can help fix those tasks that you don't have time to do. They can do: Patios, Walls, Exterior Painting, Jet washing, Fencing, Interior painting, cleaning and gardening. My client was very happy with the design of the flyer, which also tied in with some social media posts that they had previously done. Overall this was a good project to work on.

Duns Play Fest 2022

 I recently designed the 'at a glance' poster for Duns Play Fest. The festival is on from the 29th April to 7th May. There are several events taking place during this time and some events are for children. I am also creating a programme, signs and individual posters for this event.

Thinking Without Borders - New Flyer

 This week I designed this flyer for Thinking Without Borders. It is for a free Zoom event taking place on the 7th of April 2022 to discuss Scotland's involvement in slavery. The client was very pleased with the design.

New Flyer Design

 I recently designed this flyer for an organisation called Thinking Without Borders. The client supplied all the details and I put it together. This is the third one I have done for them. I think they are happy with it.

Recent Work - New Logo Design

 I recently designed a logo for TDM Electrical Engineering Ltd. This was a good project and the client was happy with the final result. I did a few concepts to chose from, but I did very little amends to the final design so everything was straight forward. I also created a digital letterhead for this client.

Recent Design Work - Take Away Menu

 I recently designed a take away menu for a Greek take away called Greek Style. The client supplied all the details and I made it look good. The flyers were printed quickly and the client was very pleased with the end result. I do many menu style flyers every year.
