 Today I designed a poster for Duns Players production of A Dangerous Man at Duns Play Fest 2026. The play will be held in Duns on May 4th 2026. I created the design using mostly Photoshop and InDesign. I didn't use any AI. My client gave me a short brief description of what they needed and the were happy with my design.

Word Weavers at Duns Play Fest 2026

 This week I designed a poster for Word Weavers for their performance at Duns Play Fest in May. The event will be held at the Volunteer Hall in Duns, 6th of May, 4pm. Word Weavers are a local group of creative writers who will read out their stories of fiction.

Poster for Duns Word Weavers

Word Weavers are a creative writing group who meet in Duns. They are giving a performance of monologues at this years Duns Play Fest. This week I designed a poster for their event in May. I chose to do a Mondrian style design poster because I thought it fitted well with their title 'In The Frame'. The client was very pleased with the end result.

 Last week, I designed this poster for the online part of Duns Play Fest. This event is still available to view online until June 11th.

Duns Play Fest 2022

 I recently designed the 'at a glance' poster for Duns Play Fest. The festival is on from the 29th April to 7th May. There are several events taking place during this time and some events are for children. I am also creating a programme, signs and individual posters for this event.

Duns Play Fest - At a Glance Poster

 One of the jobs I did this week, was to design a poster for Duns Play Fest 2021. All of the festival events are online this year, due to the pandemic. The client, Duns Players, wanted a poster that included all of the events, so that people could get a quick overview of what was planned. I used some of the branding that was previously created from last year, but I had to move elements around the page, due to the large amount of text. Overall, I think it looks good.
